The observation in special education class was wonderdul and useful for me.The teacher,arrived early in the morning and wait for each student to choose a lunch menu,and to start the class.topics like an alphabet,days of week are common used in these class.The teacher work very hard everyday,and need two teachers in the classroom to work together and support her.students are seat in round tables and use laptops to play didactic games.The topics are easy and usefuls.,and reinforce learners  all the time.self confidence,comitment,and support are the keys to achieve goals in this areas.I consider that i can apply all the advices that teachers gave me.

The last week in Westwood elementary school,i feel so happy,and also sad because i met a lot of people here,and i was learned a different technniques to apply in subjects luke a Math,Reading,special needs students,ELD,and social studies.The children were comfortable,and they always ñearned in a funny and interactive way

Observations in Westwood for two weeks,was the most useful thing that i had the opportunity to be part in U.S.during the first class ,i was observe a lot of interesting things about the school functions,and the way of some teachers teach the lessons using a variety of resources to elicit kids every class.The seat arragements,and the classroom management,are quietly learned. The school system is based in different principles,and is a challenge for all the teachers in Westwood elementary school.
I enjoyed the experience.

During the secon.week of observation in Westwood school ,i feel so busy and able to do many things to collaborate with the teacher and interact with the children.I really enjoy that a teacher enjoy her class,and always support them.On the other hand the variety of resources that she use in class are amazing,she use a smart board with an interesting app to reward kids,and they feel proud to gain points doing the different tasks.During this two weeks,i can observe some students quiet,and paying attention all the time,however some techniques are more efficient than others,and students respond better when the teacher include songs or sounds.I will back to my country putting in practice most of this strategies learned in Westwood to notice that my kids can improve easily.

The puppets show was an amazing opportunity for me as a teacher to collaborate and put in practice my skills in a performance in a public place.i tried to do my best effort in a puppets workshop,and i feel proud of my classmates for put in each one presentation a magic of a dream.
All of us are happy and proud of our trainners in Arkansas,because everyone of them support us during all this eight weeks and this is an unbelievable and unforgettable experience that we never forget.thank you very much dear American friends,and all this resources and knowledges are part of our panamanian kids for the rest of their lives.

Observation classes are funny for kids in Westwood elementary school,and for me as a teacher,is interesting and useful.i visited and abserve the Special Education class and i learn a lot of things to achieve goals with every one of the kids with special needs.however,i discover that is a hard work that require a lot of commitment and love to share with the students that attend classes in this classroom daily.Also i can visit the spanish lesson in a language class,and was amazing ,because the teacher use a lot of activities to complete a topic in a dynamic way.finally i can said that teachers and students work as a team and never they felt the difference between learn and be funny.,and of course the results are awesome.

During the three last weeks of trainning in U.S, i can begin my classroom observarions in Westwood elementary school.,it is an amazing and unbelievable experience as a teacher,because i was acquire a lot of knowledges useful for my in my own school.a variety of resources and a plenty of strategies used by the native teachers in this place,make me feel very proud of my job as a teacher.the students in second grade are smart and engaged with the lessons in a class,and also teachers interact with them in a funny way everyday in each subject.i learned a lot during the last week observations and hope that all this classes help me to improve my skills as a teacher.
