One more week learning different strategies and technniques to apply in our schools.we are working hard doing every task and improving some skills with ours advisors,this is the way that we can demonstrate that are really engaged with this trainning.grammar rules,and vocabulary new words,are learned using inductive and deductive methods.we are growing as a english teachers,however this not and easy task to achieve.working together and doing our best is the only way to acquire a higher level in an education field.

During this weeks,i have been exposed to  all kind of sources to use and apply in our schools,also recognize the difference between both scholar systems.our advisors provide us a lot of strategies to put in practice all the time,and design our own knowledge using easy tools.on the other hand,the team work,and the sharing activities,prepare us to achieve our goals in our funny and amazing lessons.grammar combine our lessons,and the four skills using every single class,create and rich environment to a interactive class.
The microclass lesson reinforce our methods to teach using a inductive and deductive way,and of course a funny class according to the level of learners.we as a team work are active learners,and acquire different materials and tips to put in practice in our schools,and enjoy real situations in a place that we live.

During the first week in silc,i learn a lot of methodology and a variety of techniques to apply in my native country.the use of brainstorming at the beginning of a good class,and the elicit method to get information using previous knowledge,make a diversity of tools to put in practice to help my learners.on the other hand,the use of four skills inside and outside the classroom.Also i can interact with native language speakers,outside the silc,and put in practice.We put in practice all the strategies learned in class,and everyday improve our skills.topics like a classroom management,to control our way to teach,and the inductive and deductive method to teach a lesson, are awesome and unforgettable.i try to put in practice during the return to our schools.
